The ultimate in work that you can get in this industry is to be involved in baby modeling commercials and you should do whatever it takes to be involved if at all possible. The reasons for this are:
1. Commercials will usually pay a premium above that of a standard photo shoot
2. They tend to be shown in more locations and at various times meaning you get a royalty cheque more often so that you are still receiving money long after the actual commercial was shot (this depends on the contract)
3. You will get a higher level of exposure which can lead to other high level or simply better quality set of work.
4. There may be opportunities for your child to develop and try acting or be animated rather than just sitting still for the camera. This is more fun for your baby and will let you and everyone else know where this may lead in the future.
