All it takes is a bit of research:
1. Ask for referrals from the agency. You want to hear that their clients get a steady stream of work and good roles.
2. Find an agency that is either very large and has a dedicated child and baby arm or is specifically aimed at this demographic. The chances of getting good and regular work is increased dramatically in this instance.
3. Speak to the agency about the work they have done recently and ask for examples to ensure they are working on some decent level work. The more exposure and better the job, the better it is for your baby.
If all these things check out you are definitely on your way.
